Type: Vinyl/Acrylic Emulsion – White

Characteristics:
Fast set speed. Low minimum use temperature. Excellent bonding characteristics to dissimilar substrates.

Applications:
A fast setting adhesive specially formulated for room tempurature bonding of porous substrate to difficult-to-bond synthetic materials such as melamine surfaces and highly impregnated papers. Product also shows success in bonding wood to metals such as stainless steel, copper and aluminum.

Directions for Use:
* Use freshly machined stock free of dirt or oil
* Apply to one side of stock with brush, roller or roll spreader, 5-7 wet mil
* Assembly time is 5 to 15 minutes depending on temperature, moisture content, species & porosity
* Clamp 30 to 45 minutes
* Cure 24 hours before machining

Cleanup:
Cleans up easily with warm soapy water while wet. After cure, excess adhesive can be removed by scraping or sanding.

Storage:
Cool temperatures- 55ºF to 80ºF. Avoid contact with iron.
